Support

The Support Module is integrated as a part of your CMS (NexSys) and consists of several submodules that control the Ticketing System. The Support Module does not have a dedicated landing page or an active user interface.

Please click on the Support link in the main navigation menu to display a following submenu:

  • Tickets
  • Clients
  • Origin
  • Team
  • Settings
  • User administration
  • Dashboard (a standalone CMS NexSys module)
