The dashboard is a standalone module in your CMS (NexSys) and primarily serves as a quick overview of all your Support data outputs.
The dashboard is only a passive indicator and it is not possible to edit, change or delete any values.
The dashboard look can be personalised on request so please do not hesitate to contact your development team at NexGen (info@nexgen.cz).
The image below shows a default example of the Dashboard interface including:
- Colour coded ticket categories
- Different types of ticket origins
- Responsible people
- Colour coded indicators of ticket processing timeline
- A monthly number of issued tickets
